As a 4th generation Oregonian I am proud of our green and progressive reputation. As a realtor I am excited to be able to combine green values with my profession. Living, thinking, being, shopping green, striving to reduce our carbon footprint are all choices.  I believe we all must find ways to live more sustainably in our daily practices. The Sustainability Training for Active Realtors, sponsored by Earth Advantage, the Northwest’s premier green building program, has created opportunities to be even more supportive of my own and my clients’ desire to live a green life. While assisting clients who want to sell and buy residential real estate, I am able to offer more knowledge and resources about green options for energy efficiency and reducing our impact on the environment.  Together we can discuss energy efficient upgrades, such as insulation, tank-less water heaters, low or no VOC paint during renovations/remodeling and materials made with low environmental impacts. I am able to recommend energy audits from the Energy Trust or Oregon, provide information about sources for funding for energy credits, rebates, and refer clients to Earth Advantage certified builders and remodelers.  

Known as the relationship realtor, I create long term relationships with my best clients who come from all walks of life, and over 80% of whom have been referrals from other clients and friends. It is a joy to work with people whose company I appreciate and enjoy.  I love assisting them find their way in the world of real estate.  Personal care and a high level of service are qualities you can count on.
