Greetings,

My name is John Baumann, and I work for Windermere Real Estate Lane County, a community-oriented real estate company located in Eugene, Oregon. In addition to my EA S.T.A.R. certification, I am certified as an EcoBroker and as an Oregon Energy Trust Trade Ally, and I serve as Communications Coordinator on the Advisory Board of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild Southwest Chapter.

I left my job as an Environmental Studies and Religious Studies professor to return home to Eugene, and live among friends, family, and the vibrant Eugene community. We are close to the Cascade and Coastal ranges, and to the Pacific Ocean. There is no town in America quite like Eugene, and I am deeply committed to the ongoing sustainable evolution of this special place. I am a strong proponent of green building and energy efficiency. I am a lifelong musician and writer, and am honored to be working at Windermere Real Estate Lane County.
